After initial implementation and engagement of a Leadership team in a business strategy, however clearly and effetivley this is communicated, each businesses ongoing progress rests on each Leaders ability to direct, coach and influence their people.

This Leadership programme was a programme I both wrote and commissioned in order to further develop the character and leadership resilience of our key Leadership team.

100 Senior Managers successfully graduated through the programme over a 2 year period, reducing Aftersales Management attrition to 7%, in turn delivering double digit operating profit contribution growth year on year.

In addition, 100 % of Aftersales operations across the whole company estate achieved above national average for brand partner experience performance.
